Jw Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul Hotel

Located just steps away from a subway station, the hotel's convenient location made exploring the city a breeze. We loved how easy it was to hop on the subway and discover all that Seoul had to offer.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were a bit disappointed by the limited activities available at the hotel beyond the pool and spa facilities. It would have been nice to have more options for entertainment or recreational activities within the hotel itself.

Convenient location near shopping and dining options. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful swimming pool with provided swimwear. Quiet rooms on higher floors. Good sound system in the rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were professional, nice, and attentive. The Executive lounge was a quiet escape with great wine. The breakfast was excellent. The location was superb, as it was right next to Dongdaemun station and close to important shopping districts. it was just across the river and near the fashion district.

Could not be improved in any way.

With its proximity to the fashion district, there are plenty of opportunities for inexpensive shopping. The hotel is also close to public transport, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are modern and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The sauna and spa facilities have an additional charge, which can be disappointing for guests expecting these amenities to be included.

The staff at this hotel were excellent at their jobs. They provided really good service and were great too make my stay enjoyable. They allowed me to have an early check-in and even delivered comfort food to me during a meal. The service I received from the staff left a lasting impression on me.

I had a fantastic stay at JW Marriott in Seoul. The location was superb, with easy access to the subway and popular attractions like Dongdaemun Market. The service was really good, from the friendly front desk staff to the attentive Andrew at the lounge. The room was well-equipped, with high-tech features and luxurious amenities. The pool and fitness center were amazing and added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Seoul.

The room in this hotel was exquisite and luxurious, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the service was impeccable, from the pre-communication with Mirae Yang and Andrew Bae to the room service at midnight, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. the L'OCCITANE toiletries were a lovely touch and the new TV and speakers provided high-quality video time. the slipper provided in the room was the best we have seen.

Our only minor issue was with the taxi service. Although they navigate accurately, there is no dedicated taxi waiting area at the hotel's main entrance which made the waiting time longer.

Convenient direct train station access, fantastic clean beds, family-friendly, helpful staff, modern design, big room.
